Not a Quickbooks user? I am able to migrate you into Quickbooks, as well as many more services – to save you time and money, so that you can focus on your business.

Consultation

Let's take time to discuss your situation and goals. I will take time to learn about your cirrent situation and where you want to take your business and help you craft a strategy which will work best for you over the short and long term. If you decide to start service with me, this consultation fee will be credited toward your first month of service.

Initial Account Setup

For new users of Quickbooks Online. I will help you set up your chart of accounts, link you tax and bank bank information, and set up your general chart of accounts and banking rules. I will also design your invoice templates so that you can get paid in style. This service includes a consultation and business audit, if you paid for a consultation and business audit separately and decide to start service with me within 3 months, you will be credited towards this service. You can also enjoy taking advantage of a %15 discount on Migration Service and Back Enteries!

Migration and Back Enteries

Have you outgrown your current accounting software? I can help you migrate into Quickbooks by entering up to 4 years of historical back data. I will convert your PDF bank statements into data that can be migrated easily into Quickbooks so that you can have all your businesses financial information in one place.

$20 per page

Additional Bank Account

Do you have additional bank accounts for your business? This add-on service includes the transaction maintainance and reconciliation of an additional account, or when your transactions exceed the amount included with your package.

I Offer:

$100 - Additional bank of 250 transactions
$50 - Account add-on for existing monthly package (under 250 transactions total)

Payroll

Make sure your employees are paid on-time and in compliance with governmental tax requiements. I will set-up and manage your payroll services, file your remittances, and produce T4 statements for your employees so you can focus on making money. If you have a larger workforce, get in touch for a customized pricing.

I Offer - for up to 5 employees:

$150 - Add-on to existing service package
$250 - Monlthy stand alone service

Receipt Management

Quickbooks has an amazingly powerful AI reciept processing software, all you need to do is take photos of your reciepts and then throw them away forever! These reciepts can then be matched to your bank feeds. But what if you don't have the time to take pictures of your reciepts? Put them in an envelope and send them to me and I will manage the process for you. Include the reciept for your envelope and shipping and I will credit your exepense towards this service! I can also manage your online subscription billing accounts by retrieving all of your digital invoices and entering them into your Quickbooks.

I Offer for up to 5 employees:

$50 - Monthly service add-on
+$25 - per 50 receipts
